- Asian noodles
- Purple cabbage
- Green onion
- Baby corn
- Shredded carrots
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce
- Peanut sauce
- Chop up cabbage, green onion & baby corn.
- Cook Asian noodles and drain. Pit in a large mixing bowl.
- Throw in chopped veggies, a couple handfuls or shredded carrots and sesame seeds.
- Stir in a few spoonfuls of peanut sauce and a long drizzle of soy sauce.
- Serve and drizzle Siracha on top.
